Returns

At ROSE ST SUPPLY we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, and we are committed to complying with the applicable legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law. This returns policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the applicable legislation.

We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our website, we will gladly offer a refund within the required time frame.

ROSE ST SUPPLY does not offer exchanges on purchases. If you require a different item, please send back your original purchase for refund. The normal check out procedure applies for change of mind purchases.

ROSE ST SUPPLY may accept returned goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the requirements below.
Any postage/shipping and or handling costs incurred in returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Requirements that must be met are:

• The item/s must be in the original condition.

• The item/s must not be washed, marked or altered in any way.

• Original labels and product packaging must be intact.

• An email is to be sent to returns advising of the reason for return, and approval is needed prior to the return.

• The items returned are accompanied by original purchase receipt/email (if given).

• It is recommended that all returns are sent via a trackable method for peace of mind. ROSE ST SUPPLY is not responsible for any missing or undelivered returns, in the event that a return is lost in the mail, the return will not be able to be completed.

• Sale items are non refundable unless faulty.

Where possible and within reason, we will offer to replace faulty items. You will be offered a full refund if the item cannot be replaced. If the item is deemed faulty by ROSE ST SUPPLY, or you have been sent an incorrect style, ROSE ST SUPPLY will cover the shipping cost of the return and replacement item.

All returns must be authorised by ROSE ST SUPPLY prior to return - please email returns If the returned item is rejected due to not meeting our policy requirements, we will send the item back to you.

Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase (and does not include shipping costs).

Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the goods are received, and may be subject to bank processing times out of the control of ROSE ST SUPPLY.

For all international returns, ROSE ST SUPPLY offers refunds within 21 days of you receiving your order. You are liable for the return fee and any handling costs to return unwanted items to ROSE ST SUPPLY.

When making a return, you may be asked to provide ROSE ST SUPPLY with information in order to process your return. Information collected will be dealt subject to and in accordance with the ROSE ST SUPPLY Privacy Policy and the Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1993 (Cth).
