ROSE ST SUPPLY accepts Visa and MasterCard payments through PayPal via a secure PayPal gateway.  If, for any unforeseen reason, an order is unable to be fulfilled, ROSE ST SUPPLY will contact the customer within 2 days of the purchase date to discuss the possibility of a replacement style or a refund.  Any refund will be returned via the payment type selected by the purchaser.

Please note that the colours and resolution of our products may appear different on different devices used to view our website. Whilst ROSE ST SUPPLY uses high quality photographs aiming to ensure correct descriptions of colours, styles and imagery of items for purchase, we cannot be liable for minor variations in colour.

Customer Service Policy

ROSE ST SUPPLY is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock or available for pre-order and pricing is true and correct.  Standard delivery timeframes in Australia are between 3-10 business days.  In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
